"I got a referral from an Instagram reel. After answering a few simple ?'s on the Instagram link, Kyle replied by text right away, and offered text or phone call to follow up. Competitors never replied. Saved me $70 a month and have more coverage, so closer to $100 a month considering I got better coverage. Kyle was great in person , working in a real office here in town. He is very polite, and well trained. Also he is a Lansing local and not a remote worker thousands of miles away. Good job. I had an issue with my cell phone and had a difficult time with a call to this place. It was not their fault at all, but they did their best to help with this challenge. At first I thought it was their phones, I was wrong. My apologies. As I have not started using this company yet, I will update this review according to future events. Beat out GEICO and USAA...Goodbye GEICO lol."

"I am recently divorced. Up until this point my now ex husband had been handling insurance, so I had little to no experience or dealing with any of this. Always had insurance, never did it myself. I reached out to probably 10 different agents. I wanted to shop around, ask ALL the questions, and get myself educated on how it all works. In reaching out, some never returned my calls, emails, or texts, some took DAYS to get back to me. Some sent OUTRAGEOUS quotes without asking me any questions. There was a few that did get back to me right away. One being your agent Zack. He didn’t call me a million times like some, he was patient and waited for me to respond. Answered EVERY question I had extremely quick. He even went above and beyond to explain things that I probably should have already known. Educated me on renters insurance, which NONE of the other agents even suggested. And went out of his way to get me the best rate he could on both my car, and now for the first time ever, I have a renters policy! I am extremely happy with the way Zack handled all of this. For knowing nothing at all, I now think I know ALOT! I felt like he did an amazing job at everything. He left no stone unturned. Extremely thorough, polite, informative, and patient. To be honest, he wasn’t even the best price I’d received on auto insurance, close, but not the best. But at this point I have such confidence that if I have ANY questions, Zack will be there to answer them. And that in itself is worth more then the slight discount I’d get going somewhere else. "My experience with this Agency was great until Henry left. He was who I turned to for all of my insurance needs! I could not get a callback from Michael Church, not one time. Had ongoing issues with getting my roof fixed by filing a claim. I had water coming in my house and ended up having to replace the roof it myself. State Farm would not cover the replaced roof because they said it could’ve been patched. I had already patched it twice before replacing it. I was reimbursed for part of my roof after three months of going rounds with the claims department, about 45% of it. Lesson learned, never do that. Apparently my house needs to be damaged more for State Farm to actually take initiative. This is an agency that I have supported for 10+ years. I took all 10 of my policies and switched to Auto Owners. Let me just put this out there also. Never filed one homeowners claim in 10 years. And this is how I was treated by this agency/company."
